Privacy policy

How we use the information you give us when you get in touch.

Last updated: 25 September 2026. Let's Go Driving School is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions, email enquiries@lets-go-driving.co.uk.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, telephone number, postcode, driving experience, availability, preferred reply method, and any email address or message you choose to provide. We also collect the information you give us if you contact us by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email.

How we use your information

We use your information to answer your enquiry, check availability, arrange and provide lessons, communicate with you, and keep business records. We process enquiries to take steps at your request before an agreement is made. We keep records where required by law and use basic technical information to keep the website secure.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are normally deleted 12 months after the last contact. Information needed for confirmed lessons or payments is kept for as long as needed for the lesson arrangement and any tax or other legal record-keeping requirement, then deleted or anonymised.

Who we share information with

We use service providers for website hosting and enquiry email delivery. If you accept optional cookies, we also use analytics and advertising providers. They receive information only where needed to provide their services. Some providers may process information outside the UK; where they do, we use the safeguards required by law.

Cookies

A necessary cookie remembers your cookie choice for 180 days. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are not used unless you choose to accept them. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information. You may also be able to ask for a portable copy of it or withdraw cookie consent. Contact us using the email above. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.

This policy may be updated when the school's contact, booking, payment, or marketing arrangements change. Our terms and conditions cover lesson bookings separately.
