Booking and payment

• A lesson is booked once the date, time, duration and price have been agreed. Payment is due as agreed when booking.

Lesson prices and duration

• Current lesson prices and durations are shown on our prices page and confirmed when you book.

Lesson cancellations

• Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel a lesson. If you cancel with less notice or do not attend, the lesson fee is normally charged because the slot cannot be rebooked at short notice.
• If we need to cancel a lesson, we will offer another time or refund any payment for a lesson that cannot be rearranged.

Block bookings

• 10- and 20-hour blocks must be paid in full in advance.
• These blocks must be used within 4 months of purchase. Any unused hours then expire and are non-refundable, subject to your legal rights.

Driving test

• The £180 test-day package includes a one-hour warm-up lesson and use of the school car. It does not include the DVSA test booking fee.
• You must book and cancel your driving test directly with the DVSA. We have the final say on whether you are ready to take your test and whether the school car can be used.

Legal cancellation rights

• If you make a booking at a distance, for example by phone, text or email, a 14-day legal cancellation period may apply. We will give you the relevant cancellation information when your booking is confirmed.
• Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
